First FIXATE Recipe Was A Hit!
Last week I finally opened up my new Fixate cookbook and started searching through to pick out my first recipe to try. I must say this was very hard to do because EVERYTHING looks so delicious! There is even a recipe for chocolate chip cookies...WHAT?!?!?
Anyways, I settled on trying a very simple chicken dish. It looked very tasty and I knew it was something that my husband Tim would enjoy as well. And the winner is...CAPRESE CHICKEN!
Like I said, the recipe was very simple, very few ingredients, but very moist and flavorful. I paired this with some roasted brussels sprouts and it was incredible! I can't wait to try out another one of Autumn Calabrese's recipes!
